Thanks to the efforts of LGBT World Beside, a meeting-excursion will be held for the Russian-speaking community in the Belgian Senate and the upper house of the Belgian Parliament. The host is politician and senator Orry Van de Wouter from the CD&V party. He will talk about the internal politics of Belgium and answer any questions that may arise.
Since 2017, Orrie Van de Wouter has been working in the Flemish Parliament. His areas of interest include supporting equal opportunities for LGBT people and other current issues. For example, on February 7, the Flemish Parliament approved a resolution calling for the creation of an expert center on intersex people.
Negotiations are also underway for a meeting with the President of the Senate of the Flemish Parliament, Stephanie D’Hose.
The meeting will take place on March 8 in Brussels. To participate in the trip you must have legal status with the ability to leave the Netherlands (NOT an asylum seeker).
The conversation and tour will begin at 8.45 at the Palace of the Nation. The event will end at approximately 12.30.

Dankzij de inspanningen van LGBT World Beside zal er een ontmoetingsexcursie plaatsvinden voor de Russischtalige gemeenschap in de Belgische Senaat en de Eerste Kamer van het Belgische Parlement. Gastheer is politicus en senator Orry Van de Wouter van de CD&V-fractie. Hij zal spreken over de interne politiek van België en eventuele vragen beantwoorden.
Sinds 2017 is Orrie Van de Wouter werkzaam in het Vlaams Parlement. Zijn interessegebieden zijn onder meer het ondersteunen van gelijke kansen voor LGBT-mensen en andere actuele kwesties. Zo keurde het Vlaams Parlement op 7 februari een resolutie goed waarin wordt opgeroepen tot de oprichting van een expertisecentrum voor intersekse personen.
Er zijn ook onderhandelingen aan de gang voor een ontmoeting met de voorzitter van de Senaat van het Vlaams Parlement, Stephanie D’Hose.
De bijeenkomst vindt plaats op 8 maart in Brussel. Om deel te nemen aan de reis moet u over een legale status beschikken en de mogelijkheid hebben om Nederland te verlaten (GEEN asielzoeker).
Het gesprek en de rondleiding beginnen om 8.45 uur in het Palace of the Nation. Het evenement zal rond 12.30 uur eindigen.

Благодаря усилиям LGBT World Beside, для русскоязычного комьюнити будет проведена встреча-экскурсия в Бельгийском сенате и верхней палате парламента Бельгии. В роли хоста политик и сенатор Orry Van de Wouter от партии CD&V. Он расскажет о внутренней политике Бельгии и ответит на возникшие вопросы.
С 2017 года Orry Van de Wouter работает во фламандском парламенте. В сферу его интересов входит поддержка равных возможностей для ЛГБТ и прочие актуальные темы. Например, 7 февраля фламандский парламент одобрил резолюцию, призывающую к созданию экспертного центра по интерсексуалам.
